I really fucking hate how Blizzard feels it necessary to do server maintenance for 10 hours every fucking tuesday.
I am paying to play your fucking game.
You take every realm offline for half the day.
WHY DO YOU HAVE TO DO THIS EVERY FUCKING WEEK?
NO OTHER COMPANIES HAVE TO TAKE EVERY FUCKING THING THEY HAVE OFFLINE ONCE A WEEK.
IF THEY HAVE TO DO MAINTENANCE, THEY TAKE IT DOWN PIECE BY PIECE SO IT CAN STILL BE USED.
YOU GUYS REALLY FUCKING SUCK.
A) Having worked in IT, I can tell you it’s no picnic for them either. You’re not getting up at 3am to get into work… every… damn… Tuesday.
B) The last 3-4 weeks have been rolling restarts. 15 minutes. Now they have an update. It happens.

This post is a reminder as well as an invite for those of you who aren’t aware of it.
We are all gonna play WoW together for a day. Next Friday, August 3rd, 9 PM EDT. Log on to Dawnbringer (US), create a level 1 Human and play the shit out of this game with us.
That’s awesome. That’s kinda how I’m hoping to pick it up… on a random mining expedition.
So I just port to Deepholm to get some herbs and my NPC scan goes off. I’m rather lucky I think. Although my best friend isn’t talking to me now because I have it :(
